Although DDU consist total of 08 Platforms but for Down Direction Trains only platform number 01/02/03 is fixed & rarely pf.no.04 has been used for the down Departures when there is mega conjestion of Trains at the same time (just to decrease the Load Hustle-free!) "which usually occurs at the time of Evening"
Platform number (03) is the Reversible Platform so both Up/Down Arrivals and Departures can easily took place there!

The main problem here was trains arriving half hour before schedule I guess. Arriving on normal timings would not have caused much congestion, even 2 Pfs are enough for trains coming from Prayagraj side. In my opinion, trains arriving before time and occupying Pfs for excess time has to be the major reason.
So gaya tha bhai post DDU, capture nahi kar paya reOT hui bhi hogi RNC GR ki to.
