I am talking about the location shown at 23:50 in your video, after those places you can see DRM office on your right which is very close to the existing track..
Regarding bypass-line, I guess that is for goods trains. Initially Maddikera was proposed as a junction but due to fertile lands over there farmers resisted. Thus Guntakal became junction as a last resort.
