Hirehalli to BAW - substations work is yet to be done. So I think even though CRS gives a green, hardly any freight will get e-loco, that too mostly for freights to/from Nidavanda.

Substation works can be ignored during CRS, they can be later linked, I think we wont have any E loco until Electrification reached Birur at least. Max , i can foresee , few Tumkur DEMU and passenger trains will be replaced with MEMU
