Many gentlemen here appear so crazy about speed and each having particular favorite train that they claim to be fastest than their rival's. I request all to give priority to safety and not speed, 110 or 130 does not matter, what matter is life. Remember this is the only country that has so many accidents in the world every year. Also the rule of on the way zone's approval for speed of trains from south to north looks awkward to me. What if a particular zone does not like xyz express to run fast, should it then run only slowly? I think Delhi should have final say on speed, stops, etc if a dispute should arise rather than any of 100s of zones that you have in between.

Rail authority hamesha safety aur precautions ko priority deta hi hai. Koi bhi section jis mps ke technically capable hota hai, usse 30-40km/h kam ka hi sanction deti hai.
Aur waise bhi kuch crazy railfans ke discussion se jyada kuch fark padne wala nahi hai, railway ke activities par
