Samta Exp will be best option. Travel Nizamuddin- Khariar Road by Samta. From Khariar, local day buses/shared auto are available for Nuapada which is just 10 km away. From Nuapada, again local day buses and night Sleeper buses are available for Padmapur which is just 65 km away from Nuapada. Now again take local day bus/ shared auto for Lohasingha which is just 20 km away from Padmapur. Thanks.
