RINL is a profit making Steel Plant.
Without any Centre's additional Funds it is rising double profits day by day.
Central Politicians & State ruling party is eyeing on it's land which market value is 4000+ cores Without adding RINL Machinery assets which costs 500+ cores.

Heavy profit earners like BPCL and ONGC are also in queue for being sold for various other hidden motives.
Yes, So solution for this lies in connecting iron ore belts of Orissa and Chhattisgarh with vskp and not in selling them. If a private company that will buy it, can manage to arrange for iron ore supply, why can not central govt, which has all the influence, power and funds?
In Mine bidding process private players are getting ore at cheap price.
In case of RINL, Ministry of Steel arrogantly not giving such free hand for level playing field to RINL.

It didn't allow bhilai steel plant also to bid for local iron ore reserves in latest auctions and hence all of them were taken by private players.
Left with no choice, sail bhilai had to fund railways the construction of dalli-rahjhara- rowghat-Jagdalpur rail line to connect to those reserves which were allocated to it some 20 years back.
If with in next 5 years, rowghat bailadila iron mines are not connected with dalli rahjhara , sail bhilai will also be in huge crisis.
