I think this train is just for few months as there will be movement if migrants from SBC HYD to NE due to fear of job loss and Lockdowns. As it's for NE diverting for intermediate station use is less. There may be understanding between SWR and ScR for this train as it's given longer route and full speed in FEDL when they have shorter direct route via RU.
