PUNE SF--HWH DRNTO--MB--VS happened Instead of HWH DRNTO--PUNE SF--MB--VS in KCN-NWC.
Freight Clearance could be probable but unavoidable culprit to disallow precedence. MB must be parked at JEP when DRNTO awaits clearance at NWC. At same time VS reached JEP and been on time got precedence!! MB lost 15 Mins while VS gained nothing as it trailed PUNE SF till DNR to add further delay!!
