foreseeing the ever increasing demand of Locos, CR can have a new ELS at AMLA where lots of railway land is vacant . It can get WAG9s from AQ making AQ a dedicated passenger shed .

Size of town or city doesnt matter to sanction ELS/DLS!! DD will feed MMR-GTL/SC which wasnt Electrified!! PUNE DLS feeds PUNE-MRJ & will convert to ELS past PUNE-Miraj Electrification!! KYN addressed DC Loco supply earlier till IGP & which adds to LTT-GTL/SC Route as well!!
Amla has no Existing DLS to feed AMLA-CWA (which is catered by ET DLS) while ET-NGP Route is not new to replan & too short to induce another ELS. With AMLA-CWA & ET-JBP Electrification, ET Freight E-Loco Capacity will enhance to offload AJNI which may need more Passenger E-Loco for Naipur Route!!
