Hi! I want to book 40 tickets from Vadodara to Borivali (Mumbai) on Nov 30th 2012 in Chair Car (AC) for a marriage. Will I be affected by Pooled quota (PLQL) ? To ensure that I get a confirmed ticket, do I need to book the journey from the originating station i.e. Ahmedabad? I understand that bulk booking can be done at stations, but please explain on the point that because the journey does not start at the originating station, PLQL will ensure that I will go into waiting list...Thank you.
