Central government has given strict instructions to take measure to break the chain of second wave ..
The government has market 265 districts in all over 22 states where strict action to be taken by state government and then District Adminstration

This thing is very clear to state that Central government is not in favour of Nation wide lockdown ..( till now)
So as the movement of trains is not going to stop
For the people , migrant workers this thing is very good decision to keep the National transportation going ON.....
