U can't compare NCR with SCR, the controlling pattern of NCR is very unique n is one of the best one's, it's just the congestion in few sections that's makes trains to get late else it's far most the best zone.

Why do we consider it as loosing priority, TN reached BZA as per schedule. Because of this OT TN didn't loose its schedule, right? I don't think it is of any matter TN loosing priority.
Not just because of this overtake but TN towards Delhi regularly gets overtaken by AP and LTT, got slowed down between BPL and NDLS after new TT. Sometimes gets overtaken by Godavari...with all these it seams like TN is loosing its priority as days are passing.
As far as SCR, Godavari is a legendry train, You need to remember it is the one of the first trains resumed in covid-19 resumption after rajadhani's list, not your list of trains.
