I think once DFCs are fully functional then GE AND ALSTOM locos would be mainly serving it.So I feel these locos entering south would be rare . Southern DFCs are still at proposal stage and take many years. Rest of indian railways freight would be served by WAG 9HH,WAG 9H,WDG 4s
