A 2 minute Technical halt is practically useless, and all the above things will be done at BZA itself, so OGL tech halt is useless!
Remove it, beside OGL doesn't have long distance train originating, so crew lobby won't be there.
Btw, who needs crew change in between BZA and TPTY!
