Test they need to decrease the running time to 7-7.5hrs Dep 600 Arr 1300/1330 return 1500/1530 to arrive by 2130. Then people will use as intercity between Lucknow Bareilly and Bareily NDLS apart from direct travellers.
That time is competing with DBG NDLS rajdhani though.
How about using it like NDLS BE LKO alt shatabdi starting from NDLS in the morning.
