It's reversal and respective zones can give Locos, LC is more feasible than LR.

TATA - ASN Locos milta hai, TATA-DGR toh usse bada distance hai tab bhi
Y not, kabhi khabaar sirf 2 ghante keliye bhi naya loco milta hai, n that too lc, like KCG MYS SF, which gets WAP7 just b/w SBC n MYS which is hardly 140kms.
