I have written based on understanding with the words you quoted. Any way even konaseema people don't have any rail connection and it's a new line. Some days back there is a document putup in this form about letters written to respective State govts of all states. In that document you will have a clear picture of Kotipalli Nasapur and Nadikudi Kalahasti line land acquisition, amount deposited by state govts.
