Is there any problem between hjp-mfp section. Why many trains standing at these stations for 2-3 hours.

I was looking for 04005, it says it had departed HJP at 12.25 after a halt of 5hrs 39 mins.

Possibly due to heavy rains/waterlogging as a result of cyclone Yaas.
Yaas ka post effect ke kaaran kal pura evening se leke abhi tak heavy rain ho raha hai
