What is the reason SER receiving very very few New passenger coaches almost negligible qty from production units from last 5 to 6 months, when there is a huge shortage of passenger coaches in SER ?

Han Adra i SM kore.. Pitline toh already 18 coach er rake dhorte pare..ar pitline kintu 1 ta na .2 to pitline ache .1 ta 18 coach r. 1 ta 16 coach r.Underbay inspection ta korar jonno pit 1 ta use hoi..Ar baki normal washing ar maintenance pit 1 ar pit 2 duto tei hoi.
