I think otherwise.. In Chennai/Bangalore-Kerala routes, AC gets filled first compared to SL, in pre covid times..(less people take AC in covid times) In intrastate trains of TN, the trend is otherwise.. AC gets available even when SL gets heavy Waitlisted.
