#Moderator sir when will the solution for loco-spamming(Enabling of adding loco in IMG trains) will come, it's a month's or two I think but there is no solution, sir waiting for your useful and concerned reply.

Means sir any member who is able to edit TLs can also add locos?
I said any who can edit TLs and editing TLs is also possible only when 100 rating score is reached
