Is there any Chance of Speed up in 02304 between Kiul and Jhajha ?

It is slack provided in the time table to accommodate any time delays.
Since JAJ is a crew change point, hence slack is provided.
Also there is a menace of chain pulling in the these regions, those delays have to be made up as well.
