Umbrella work means when they combine similar projects but at different locations. For example, if they allocate a budget to improve facilities at different stations within a division or zone, that's called umbrella work. The budget is given as a whole, and each station receives a portion based on their needs.

Umbrella kaam ka matlab hai ki similar kaamo ko combine karke ek sath approve karna, lekin unka location alag hona chahiye.
Jaise agar kisi division ya zone mein alag-alag stations ki suvidhao ko badhane ke liye budget approve kiya gaya hai, toh use umbrella kaam kehte hai. Budget poora approve hoga, aur stations apne hisab se apna hissa lenge.
