Railways ne announce kiya hai ki 2023 tak sabhi disel loco humesha ke liye band ho jayenge. Lekin mujhe ek bat samaj nahi aati ki jab railways ko 100 % electric loco per hi depand rahna hai to phir railways ne naye wdg4g locomotives kyo mangavaye hai ?
