I travelled in 2016-2017 a few times mostly by the Upper India express upto BSB/DDU. I am pretty sure the train never crossed 100 between GZB and MB. Maybe the Alco was limited to 100 or maybe something else. I am speculating LKO-BE as 110 based on a journey from DHN-MB in the Durgiana express in 2018 summer probably.
I could definitely be wrong as GPS based speed measurements in our cellphones have a wide band of uncertainity.
