A Bypass from manawala to Verka and a bypass near bharoli junction to avoid reversal of trains at amritsar and pathankot should be developed. By Developing these two bypass, more trains can be diverted via amritsar pathankot going towards jammu and katra. Any body has information about by bharoli byepass?

In future,when Patti-Makhu railline is built many trains will be diverted via Jammu-Pathankot-Amritsar-Firozpur so there is a need of Bypass at Bharoli to avoid Pathankot reversal
Amritsar has no space to create bypass line to connect Beas end with Verka end. Plus military area present nearby. Bharoli Jn. is situated just 14 kms from Pak Border & Bharoli is a pure military area. Bhai meri oyaji(uncle) military mein thay aur 1965 & 1971 ka Indo-Pak War mein Naval Gunner ka kirdaar nibhaye hain.
If amritsar cantt is developed as a new station then it will benefit army...space can be created...i dont knwo much abt bharoli..but this type of arrangement will benefit army the most.
