As per the traffic data available from different modes of transport and pattern of public travelling from Kurnool it's more to GNT VJA. One train cannot be convenient for entire stretch where the lot which require more will be at inconvenient time if from VSkp and the travelling public half of them will still prefer Bus from BZA/GNT. So better to have triweekly from BZA with RSA to Vskp. Based on the increase in demand they can make it daily. BZA has enough of slots in pitlines while Vskp is saturated now.
Agreed, even I was having doubts about patronage b/w Kurnool and Vizag but my friend who is frequent traveler to Vizag claims at least half of the flight seats are occupied (Indigo flight). I like your plan on RSA, patronage will go up drastically once capital is distributed :)
