Boss Elections are decided by Election Commission not PMO! And election dates are fixed up months in advance. Conducting elections is a very tough business especially in a banana state like WB, and the constitution gives absolute power on the Election Commission on deciding election dates...
How is Mr Modi at blame here ? And once election dates are announced, what should he do? Not campaign and advertise, but sit at home and lose ?
