ACHIEVEMENTS OF ADRA DIVISION - 2020-21

1 190.29 KM Track Renewals have been done which is 361.31% above the target.
2 190.11km Deep Screening of plain tracks have been done which is 107.39% above the target.

319 Nos of Deep Screening of turnout have been done which is 45% above the target.
4 14 Manned Level Crossing have been eliminated in different sections, 9 by diversion & 5 by
construction of LHS & NHS.
5 8 Permanent Speed restrictions have been removed against the target 5 Nos.
6 10 Nos of Mechanical lever frame system have been replaced by new EI in addition to 2 nos of
panels have been replaced by EI.
7 Cement Loading has improved by 72% in the current financial year 2020-21. Total 1.55 MT
Cement loading has been done from the following different cement plants.
8 Steel loading has been improved by 7% in the current financial year 2020-21. Total 3.81
MT steel loading has been done.
9 COAL LOADING : New traffic, 36 Nos. of Coal Rakes loaded from BQA Goods shed for the first
time.
10 RTPS(Raghunathpur Thermal Power station) siding by DVC has been commissioned(20.873 KM )
taking off from Joychandipahar station.
11 Speed of the Goods train has increased to 51.33 KMPH during the current financial year 2020-21
as compared to 33.49 KMPH during last financial year 2019-20 i.e. improvement by 52% .
12 Improvement of Goods Shed done at Chowrasi & Rukni including Wharf, illumination, Merchant
house etc .
13 Tender awarded for operation and maintenance of MFC/Adra for 12 years & License Fee received
Rs.8.48 Lakhs.
14 Total scrap sale through auction has been achieved Rs.24.12 Cr in 2020-21 against 23.61 Crore in
2019-20.
15 During 2020-21, 581 CC rakes examinations were done where as 86 CC rake examinations were
done in 2019-20.
16 Diesel Loco shed has been converted & renamed to Electric Loco shed Ispatnagar and now 75
Electric Locomotive have been maintained by ELIN & TOH has been started.
17 8 FOBs have been completed in the financial year 2020-21 at TLE,BCB, VAA,RUI,VSU,BWCN
NIM, KTD, & at CHHRA, BXL,BUTA girder launching done.
18 In the BQA-SONA-MASHAGRAM section 120.135 KM has been electrified & 1st MEMU train has
made operational .
19 23.447 TKM electrification done by Railway in different sections including JSW siding.
20 First HRMS help desk of Indian railways ‘AHSAS’ ie Adra HRMS Assistance System with features
like online and manual grievance registration, monitoring and redressal started successfully. More
than 400 grievance registered and redressed on time. Live HRMS classes have been initiated for
ministerial staff of all departments. 10 batches have been trained in different modules of HRMS.
