You expect 37 halts paschim (76 KMPH) to be at par or outperform 9 halts KCVL Exp (72 KMPH)??
Even if slot revised, Paschim run via CDG will keep it slacked in LDH-UMB (along with Mumbai Suburb) which KCVL SF avoids!!
