Kharagpur ELS(ELKP/KGP) WAP4 22639 at Visakhapatnam Outers getting itself ready to get attach with 08048 Vasco-Howrah Amaravati Special and make its way from VSKP to HWH.
Most likely all WAP4 may be used for freight operations later as WAP7 fleet is increasing significantly. Since LHB conversion is happening swiftly, so the dependence of HOG power is becoming inevitable. Down the lane , we may see P4 with freights or passenger trains.
