I did book the ticket from IRCTC website
I was trying to download the ticket from IRCTC app. i tried to download and also tried sending via whatsapp but i got below error. How to fix it

yeah i was trying to download via IRCTC app but when i click on download under My upcoming journey and selecting download i got below error
Some error in that section since week try to take Screenshot or Login to Website take pdf
That seems like some bug, faced similar situations in app.
Try IRCTC website, under Booked Ticket History.
You may download pdf file from there. If unable to do so, use landscape mode on website, you will get printer icon, click on it and download the pdf file
