Normal passengers ko is scheme ka pata hi nahi....upgrade hone ke baad ac coaches me board hone se bhi darte hai.... January me magadh me mere ek relative ka upgrade hua tha...bahut samjhane ke baad wo ac coach me board hua... TT ko dekhkar mujhe call kiya...jab TT check karke chala gaya...to wo puchh raha ab to nahi aaega...matlab abhi train me travel karne wale passengers me se shayad 1% ko bhi ye pata nahi hoga...sl ki ticket pe ac me journey...
