This train could be permanently diverted via Titlagarh, Sambalpur Junc, Jharsuguda Road, Raigarh, Champa Junc, Bilaspur, Anupur, Katni Murwara, Bina Malkhedi and proceed to NZM via mathura . This would be shorter and faster route compared to the present NGP route. Railways should consider changing this. Any railfan opinion on this is welcome . Thank you

In that case, again connectivity of itarasi- bhopal with vzm -raipur section halts will break.
For train like Samta or for any train having halt in every 50 km in a particular section, its always hard to divert when its a sole connectivity; even if the alternate one is a faster route for end to end travelers. Public protests in these cases. But, maybe if ECoR does this forcefully due to any political pressure then thats another dimension of debate.
