Because AP has to reach NDLS first...and I have clearly mentioned that this is not the first time AP overtaking SBC Rajdhani there is no thumb rule that SF can't OT Rajdhani...may be you are not aware of it ..if there is an issue it can't leave AGC immediately after AP departure..it's a typical overtake...btw I don't need to make you accept..I have just posted what happend in reality..
