Due to path congestion between PNBE and DDU, timings of 02871 cant be changed In this regard NCR was offered for change of timings at IC point (NEWC/DDU) but not agreed. Suggestion are noted necessary action will be taken in due course.

NCR may not have agreed because of Slot problems in their zone as well as at NDLS/NR.
