Tapan Sharma^~ 1556 blog postsUsually at times this Humsafar is being diverted via Chandigarh - Mohali - Ludhiana hence isn't it possible to divert it with a regular stoppage at Chandigarh as there are no halts between Ambala and Ludhiana. With this we can get a weekly and direct connection too. Also, newly there are few trains which were diverted via Chandigarh as well.
Any idea if the proposal has been sent to NR or SCR? (Tagging members for visibility and to share information if known. Even untagged members can also reply)
