Unusual Fact about this train. During my travel last year, It had arrived and departed Borivali 40 MINS EARLY! and was made to halt at Andheri for nice 15+ mins. Hence, Stops at Andheri, if runs Before time!
It cannot but since it was the second-last halt, it must have departed. The logic is that no one will book Rajdhani from BVI to BCT!!
In Mumbai, in older days even SF Trains like Vidarbha Express use to arrive about 45 mins early I remember. I was coming back from Nagpur to Mumbai and instead of her usual 5 am arrival, she had arrived around 4 am. While August Kranti has lots of time in which she can run speedily and arrive BCT about 1+ hrs early everyday but usually she is made to run slowly as she get into Mumbai surburbs, according to the timetable.

There is 4 berth quota in 3 ac for BVI-BCT.
If some one has booked in 3A(generally no one will do for 30 km in 3 ac in this train),then if arrives at platform and finds that the train has already departed,that too before time.
