Not suitable as more focused on Dynamic Tamping Express 09-3X machine..If any other part of the station was visible then it would have been valid..
Yesterday Mr. Azhar confirmed DEE SB (that Pic was fantastic but non clear SB)!!

actually as per official rules of iri if the pic is fantastic,, it is not supposed to mandatorily have sb or any identification mark. all entries updated on concerned pages have a redirecting link with associated blog sufficient for identification. But then comes the "suitability" of any individual pic and in that case the best option is to seek opinions in monitor forum.
