Max speed 350kmph avg 200kmph then journey time is 4.5hrs. Possible.
Large projects cannot be done in a day or month or year it requires lot of planning before the project is grounded and will take time from conceptual stage. If they plan to do survey it can be grounded for civil work in another 2-3 yrs. There is a saying Rome is not built in a day! Be progressive in thinking and future.
When was the survey fiished for Mumbai Ahmedabad bullet train ? How much work has been completed so far ? Enough of joomla with no actual work on the ground !
