i think we need all previous trains restored and those running in the name of Festival special(tatkal Fare) should be regularized as well.

Vande Bharat should connect locations which could not be easily connected by Shatabdi .
Keeping Shatabdi s intact they should rather connect a little more distance.
Like Kanpur and Lucknow already has a Shatabdi linked to them from Delhi, they have now tried connecting Varanasi.
