Yup 02398 mainly serves Bihar pax b/w ddu-gaya but crosses this section in odd timings
Late departure can solve the problem and provides early morning arrival at destination at least 4:00AM..
Late departure means it has to depart after Rajdhani Gang, or mainly behind Poorva
Then only morning arrival can be achieved. But the main problem would be to PM, because 02397 departs from Gaya at 2pm, and changing 02397 slot is slightly difficult.
4 am arrival of 02398 cannot be there at Gaya because it's Rajdhani gang arrival time at Gaya
