Yes. Even JBP YPR k reroute ka proposal bhi bahut pehle bhej chuka WCR. SECR ka ignorance to clearly evident hai, usne to aaj tak KTE BSP section par bhi dhyan nahin diya, but RB ka G section ko ignore karna is something awful.
