Another SER list of train restoration is also expected to come soon. That list is still waiting for RB Approval.
Tata-BSP and Tata-Itwari will be converted to Exp for sure as it's more than 200km.
But one must depart Tata at afternoon, so as to fill the long gap between Ispat and Gitanjali.
Many people goes to Tata from Rou, CKP and many intermediate stations towards Tata in the morning, including many college students, whose classes/work is done by afternoon have no option to return before late evening.

yes.. but timings must be good so that not all trains run at a gap of 10-15 mins then there will be a gap of 10-15 hrs., also TATA-BSP can be Intercity seating easily, starting BSP early morning, reaching Jamshedpur in the afternoon and leaving after about an hour reaching BSP at evening.
