I heard the encroachments around Theni rly station r preventing the CRS work to be done. So it will take a long time

In the last line of the news they mentioned " Southern Railway has proposed to run thrice-a-week express train between Bodi and Chennai". Is it extension of 20601/02 MGR Chennai Central - Madurai SF Express to Bodi?
