Pf congestion at NZM, if OT wasn't allowed, Raj will block tracks untill Pf is cleared at NZM n after which AP has to cross which will lead to delay
AP was regulated between NZM NDLS due to 04677 which is scheduled to reach NDLS at 5:30 ahead of AP..
