Looks like AGC div. caring on punctuality of thier division. UPSK already lost handover time by time it reached DHO.Had UPSK given to JHS, then 02626,02156 may also loose the handover time having to wait at DHO since they run close by. So instead of loosing punctuality records of 3 trains (02248,02626,02156) they decided to loose punctuality of one train be giving precedence to the other two.
AP occupied PF1 may be thats why..ya generally only SEB taken on to PF 2 daily rest all PF1.. though UPSK received onto PF 2 it was allowed to proceed ahead of Kerala from AGC..
Geeta jayanti disturbed AP run till DHO had it been looped earlier UPSK would have been escaped.. AP delay effected UPSK run.
They should actually do it regularly.It should be SBC raj, AP, Kerala, Karnataka,TN at PF1 , Gita jayanti, UPSK,SEB,Malwa at PF2 ; or vice versa. So that wait at Agra outer can be reduced!
