EXACTLY, they're not simply booking in a Garib Rath Train simply because they're poor and they cannot afford Normal AC 3 Tier seat
But people here are like: "If Garib Rath fares are increased it'll be a loot from poor people" 😂😂

There is a common misconception that privatization is the panacea for all ailments prevailing in a sector.
But be a sector fully private or mixed or public, proper regulation and policies in place are MUST. Its human nature to exploit the loopholes of a system.
Currently, railway services like catering, cleaning etc are outsourced to private players. But we see what they do. They exploit the drawbacks of bureaucracy and commission raj to loot money from passengers and railway accounts.

I wish to know which Garib Rath is not viable and is unable to extract Operational Cost (if not profitable)!!
Quite long back I show calculation where 65% filled GR is as good as 120% filled SF!! Many GR cross mark of 130% net fill rate (WL Alowance). 50-60% dynamic booked train can't compete most GR even when GR is meant just to ease SL traveler who cant switch to normal AC!!!
