they can restore the engine(for keeping in a museum / keeping outside railway station as a monument )....but why they scraping? If engine is also life(dont take seriously, just an imagination) they will soon cry and go in depression. old age engines are needed to be preserved and protected in Nation Rail Museum, New Delhi rather than scrapping😊
