There vijayawada is getting a dedicated freight corridor and we are yet a double electric line. Never thought that water shortage would curb development in such a big way.

Yes. Where there is water all those areas tend to develop first. Guntur, Krishna, East Godavari, West Godavari have good amounts of water so they have good rail/road/air networks.
